Anneliese Wells of Birchwood Yoga and myself are collaborating to bring you a series of day retreats that combine mindfulness, yoga and nutrition. As a nutritionist I will be combining my understanding and knowledge of the body's needs with my passion for creating delicious food to offer you a tasty, cleansing and yet satisfying feast. Anneliese will be guiding you through a delightful yoga session offering you the opportunity to connect mindfully with your body, gently creating space, flow and release.
10 30am to 2 30pm
lunch, refreshments, yoga, relaxation and peace all included!

- You will receive a refreshing juice shot on arrival from Shirah and a brief introduction from your hosts to settle you in.
- You will then be taken to the picturesque yoga studio by Anneliese where she will guide you through a wonderful yoga session.
- Shirah will share her nutrition expertise and passion for scrumptious food as you watch her prepare your lunch feast, which we all get to enjoy.
- Anneliese will then guide you through a post lunch relaxing mindfulness session.
- There is then just enough time for a final treat from Shirah...a healthy alternative to coffee and cake.
All guests receive a Nourish & Glow retreat pack which includes yoga sequences, recipes and other goodies to take home.
